Paper Abstract:
|
3G technologies have brought the Internet to Everybodys pocket: people can use Internet by their cell phones easily. This has also brought the social media and virtual community into the reality, peoples daily life. Owning the largest mobile phone population, China is facing the problem brought by virtual community and the social media. Great change is emerging under the collision between fast-growing 3G social media and the Chinese censorship mechanism. But it seems that the Chinese governors are getting on a helpful way to solve this problem. |
